30 Day Return Policy – FREE Returns, No Hassle and No Questions Asked!
Dona Jo wants you to find the best performance and quality in each and every piece we ship to you. However, if for some reason you want to return your new/unused item sold by donajobrand.com, you may request a return label within 30 days of order date for a refund (minus initial shipping costs) or exchange. We offer free returns on domestic orders. You have another 15 days to get the item back to us for return after the label is issued. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging with the tags attached. We are always striving to deliver the best product, so your feedback is important to us, please let us know (optional) why you are returning the item(s). Refunds on returned items will be processed within 7- 14 business days.
*Note: If you return something after the 30-day return policy, Dona Jo store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card or an exchange can be made.

For DOMESTIC returns --- Please visit our return center portal to begin your return. You’ll receive a return label after approval with 24-48 hours.
For INTERNATIONAL returns --- Please return the item(s) with a copy of your invoice to:

Excessive Refund and Replacement Requests
Dona Jo reserves the right to close a customer account and/or ban a customer from future purchases for an account showing a consistent pattern of requested refunds and/or replacements on a majority of the orders that we consider extraordinary.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at donajobrand.com and other websites that carry Dona Jo merchandise where Dona Jo fulfills such orders.
Dona Jo reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and to charge a restocking fee where we determine the merchandise is not return properly, or the return policy is abused. Our restocking fee is $15 per item.
