Return Policy
How do I return?
- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email containing your return label and instructions
What items are eligible for a free return?
Dona Jo has partnered with ReDo to provide you a return label free.
- All orders are eligible within 30 days of fulfillment date
- Final Sale items (35-70% off) are eligible for store credit only
- Products must be in the original packaging with all tags attached. They must be unused and re-sellable condition.
Black Friday / Cyber Monday (Biggest Sale of the Year) Return Policy (11/14/25 - 12/1/25)
All orders placed during our site-wide sale of 40% off + are eligible for an exchange or return to store credit. No refunds. With purchase of ReDo at checkout. All exchanges orders must pay shipping cost.
Extended Holiday Return Window
Orders placed 11/14/25 - 12/10/25 will be eligible to return until 1/10/26. With purchase of ReDo at checkout.
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final Sale items (eligible for store credit only)
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product received is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange on regularly priced items. Once the exchange request is approved and processed, the replacement item(s) will be shipped to you.
*Please note: final sale items are not eligible to be exchanged.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Excessive Refund and Replacement Requests
Dona Jo reserves the right to close a customer account and/or ban a customer from future purchases for an account showing a consistent pattern of requested refunds and/or replacements on a majority of the orders that we consider extraordinary.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at donajobrand.com and other websites that carry Dona Jo merchandise where Dona Jo fulfills such orders.
Dona Jo reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and to charge a restocking fee where we determine the merchandise is not return properly, or the return policy is abused. Our restocking fee is $15 per item.
