How do I return?
- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email containing your return label and instructions
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the date of fulfillment
- In unused and resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all the tags attached
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked Final Sale
- DJ FACE MASKS are FINAL SALE for safety reasons
- Items sold using Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotion are eligible for exchanges and return to store credit only.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of items purchased at Dona Jo. Once the exchange request is approved and processed, the replacement item(s) will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit
BOGO 50% OFF return policy:
The lesser value will be refunded (50% off the lowest priced item).
EXAMPLE: When you buy 2 items - one at $50 and one at $40, the BOGO coupon would treat each item as (1) the regular priced item $50 plus 50% off the item (2) of lesser value, $20. The order total would be $70. If one item is returned, no matter which, you will be disqualify for the BOGO promotion and therefore reimbursed for the lesser value item, $20.

How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 7-14 business days.

Excessive Refund and Replacement Requests
Dona Jo reserves the right to close a customer account and/or ban a customer from future purchases for an account showing a consistent pattern of requested refunds and/or replacements on a majority of the orders that we consider extraordinary.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at donajobrand.com and other websites that carry Dona Jo merchandise where Dona Jo fulfills such orders.
Dona Jo reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and to charge a restocking fee where we determine the merchandise is not return properly, or the return policy is abused. Our restocking fee is $15 per item.
