Take some time to focus on you and get ready warmer days – in this month’s blog we are going to focus on cleaning up our eating & workout habits and freshening up our fashion!
Grilling is a delicious and easy way to prep dinner. It’s great when you can cook a whole meal on the grill and escape the dirty pots and pans. Below is a great recipe for Grilled Balsamic Chicken with Green Beans and Cherry Tomatoes – it’s something even your pickiest eater will enjoy.
- 1lb of Chicken Tenders
- ½ cup Italian balsamic dressing
- 3 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 TBSP Honey
- 1 TSP Red Pepper Flakes
- 4-6 cups of green beans (I mixed Snap Peas and Green Beans)
- 10-12 Cherry Tomatoes

4. Fold up foil around green beans and tomatoes and place on grill along with chicken.
6. Remove everything from the grill and enjoy with brown rice or baked potato.
Get Outdoors and Get Active!
This month on Pi Day (3/14), Dona Jo partnered with the Steel City Road Runners to host a Fun Run! We had a great turnout of friends and fellow runners all attending for the same reason - to get outdoors and get active!
