Start Your Day Right - The JoJo Way!

My morning routine is pretty simple, but simple keeps me happy! I don't go to the office very early, because I love working out in the morning. My breakfast usually consists of a smoothie (1 cup of coconut milk, 1 banana, 6 frozen strawberries and 1 scoop of protein powder) and a piece of whole wheat toast. It's pretty boring, I know, but it's the perfect way to start my day! I then choose my #ootd (outfit of the day) - I am sporting our JoJo Legging Splash in the photo above. I lace up my sneakers and head to the trails along the river in the Southside of Pittsburgh. This time of year I just have to get out in the fresh, crisp and sunny air! After an invigorating run I head to the weight room to get my strength-training in - my favorite part of the workout.

I stumbled upon the Spotify application for my smartphone a little over a year ago. I was amazed by the simplicity of the application - add playlists, browse artists/albums/tracks and even listen to friend's playlists. It's perfect for my on-the-go lifestyle - plug my phone in the car or running along the river. You can download it for smartphone, tablet or online. I love it and highly recommend it!

After creating a million playlists for myself over the past few months, a lightbulb went off! Why don't we have a mix of JoJo related songs for Dona Jo?!

So…our "JoJo Vibes" playlist was born. At the Dona Jo headquarters we have been developing a playlist that we just love! I am so excited to share it with all of you.
