Spring Fever

If you are as SICK of winter as I am, then you have Spring FEVER! The Spring season is officially underway today, though depending on your location it may still feel like winter.  In honor of the turn of the season, and to help put you in a spring spirit, I am highlighting some fun outdoor activities and sports (and of course, the cute outfits you can wear to participate in them!!) It will eventually warm up, I promise. So now is the time to stock up on our dresses, shorts and skirts!

First up, our JoJo Tennis Dress has some great design features that make it a highly-functional but stylish and flattering activewear piece:
A mesh panel covers your upper back--fitting in with the sheer fashion trend, while keeping you cool at the same time.  A built-in sports bra makes this piece convenient and easy to throw on. Non-traditional princess seams (they sit further towards the side seam than traditional princess seams) define your waist and open up about 8 inches from the bottom for a subtle fit-and-flair silhouette.  These slits also allow you to show off a peek of one of our fun printed shorts.

I've paired our Orange Tennis Dress here with the Triangle Print JoJo Spinning Shorts. These shorts are great underneath the dress because you can adjust the amount of leg you expose.  They can be worn higher on the waist and scrunched up to show just a bit of the print, or worn down further for more coverage.  I liked the White Tennis Dress with the Olive Print JoJo Spinning Shorts

This dress is a must for tennis, but can also be a chic walking, roller-blading or golf outfit. And, with the spinning shorts on, it can even be worn for a beautiful bicycle ride (along the river here in Pittsburgh!)

If a dress isn't your thing, the spinning shorts can worn other ways.
These shorts provide protection from chafing with their flat seams and length.  The wide, flat waistband maintains great coverage and stays in place as you move.  (We also have a couple Rio Spinning Shorts left for those that like the scrunched waistband!)

I've paired these Coral Print Spinning Shorts with our fun open-back Black Lu Bra. This combination goes great with our Goiaba-colored tops (pictured from the back). To show off a bit of your back, go with the Draped Shirt (on the left) and to showcase those toned arms, the perfect top is the Nadador Tank.

While these shorts are made for spinning/cycling, this ensemble can take you to the soccer field, basketball court, for a hike, a kayak trip, and even outdoor yoga! Put it on, get outside, and just get moving!

Last but not least, our JoJo Running Skirt is perfect for the girly JoJo this time of year!
These skirts have that same wide waistband that is featured on our spinning shorts, so this skirt is sure to maintain it's position as you move.  With built-in shorts, slip this skirt on and you're out the door. The adjustable straps on the front allow you to scrunch up the skirt to reveal some leg, or leave the skirt down to hide the shorts--you choose! This fabric is moisture-wicking, dries fast, and won't fade in the sun. In fact, it provides UVB protection! This skirt does it all!

Tops & bottoms from the same fabric are in for ready-to-wear fashion, and are always great for activewear. The Diamond Print Skirt & Diamond Print Missy Bra are a bright and fun combination.  For a more bohemian look, go with the Indian Print Skirt & matching Sports Bra.

This ensemble can take you on a run, for a tennis match, a game of beach volleyball, golf, or a rollerblading excursion down a boardwalk.  You'll definitely want to pack this set for a beach trip!

With a new house with ten acres of land I believe my outdoor activity will be yard work but also look forward to canoeing and kayaking and biking
